You retain full legal ownership of any vehicle acquired using our services. Vehicles may be temporarily registered under a service partner or administrative holder for compliance purposes.

We may collaborate with insurance providers, registration services, and logistics partners. We are not liable for the actions or terms of any third-party service providers.

6. Fees and Payments

All service fees will be clearly stated in advance. You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your selected service tier. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your service at any time after a minimum commitment of 6 months. Some services may require notice periods, which will be specified before you commit.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyGermanCar.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any third-party services arranged through us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including branding, design, and materials, is owned by or licensed to MyGermanCar.com and may not be copied or reused without permission.
