Title: Client Journey Executive

We're currently looking for a Client Journey Executive based in Berlin to support our customers throughout the process. From pre-registration guidance to hands-on help at dealerships and registration offices, you'll be a key part of the experience.

What You’ll Do

Manage car registrations from start to finish, including visits to Zulassungsstellen and coordination of license plates, documents, and inspections

Support vehicle handovers, meeting clients at dealerships or delivery locations

Review and prepare client paperwork before submission

Represent MyGermanCar with professionalism, calm energy, and attention to detail

Handle logistics and admin challenges as they come up

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in German and English, with clear, confident communication

Comfortable navigating Berlin and working with local offices and vendors

A reliable, structured person who enjoys keeping clients happy

Proactive, well-organized, and focused on delivering quality

A valid German driver’s license and a client-focused mindset
